• The R8-ShockWave is built on 6 uprights connected by 108 cm and 42 cm crossmembers
• A 108 cm crossmember runs across the center at the top
• That gives you a cage depth of 173 cm (not counting the front attachments) and a rack width of 183 cm, including the eight weight plate storage pins on the left and right
• The footprint is a perfect match for standard barbells with 131 cm between the inner collars and leaves plenty of room to fit a weight bench completely inside
• Two people can easily train at the same time, in front of and inside the rack
• The included dip station can also be mounted inside the rack, so it doesn't add to the overall width
• The second pair of J-cups is a reinforced version rated up to 550 kg, with an extra-deep cradle
• Other included attachments: safety straps, safety spotter arms, a multi-grip pull-up bar and a standard pull-up bar, an ATLETICA logo plate, a double bar holder and a core trainer
• The safety straps act as your spotter and catch the weight if you can't finish a heavy set. That drastically reduces your risk of injury
• With all the attachments and the base frame combined, the ShockWave weighs 291 kg, so it stays extremely stable even without bolting it to the floor
• Plenty of other attachments, such as a cable or lat pulldown station or Jammer Arms, are available separately as needed
