R8 Safety Spotter Arms keep you safe, especially on heavy lifts like squats
- Sturdy, functional safety arms
- Unlike other safeties, safety spotter arms can also be used in front of the power rack, since each one mounts to a single upright
- If your muscles give out, just set the weight down on them, so you never have to dump the bar or risk injury
- Each catch surface is 61 cm long and 6 cm wide, so they're hard to miss
- Don't want to add extra depth to your rack? Mount them inside the cage instead
- They go on and come off in seconds, so height adjustments are quick and easy
- Besides keeping you safe when you hit failure, the safety spotter arms also give you the right starting position for certain exercises
- These include bottom-up squats and rack pulls
- The reinforcement plate on the underside features the ATLETICA logo
- The logo is laser-cut with state-of-the-art production technology, as are the holes along the arms
- You can use those holes to mount dip bars, as long as they have 1-inch (or at least 25 mm) pins
