- Trade-off — With this shallow depth, training inside the cage won't be fully practical for most lifters.
- Train out front — Add our front-foot stabilizers to train in front of the half rack with no risk of tipping.
- Go 6-post — Most often, this short crossbar is used to expand a 4-upright power rack into a 6-post setup for extra stability.
- More storage options — The extra uprights give you more mounting points for attachments like weight pins, so you can store plates right on the rack.
