- The sleeve has a 52 mm inner diameter and is 24 cm long, so it fits all standard 50 mm barbells.
- One end of the bar is locked into the landmine, while the other end moves freely so you can do bent-over rows, alternating shoulder presses and rotational core exercises.
- Perfect for building serious core strength.
- With the fixed anchor point, the bar can't slip away, so you can train explosive lifts like single-arm cleans and jerks safely.
- Add a second landmine for bilateral movements, or pair it with compatible handles for new variations.
