Plate-loaded cable system: the heart of the rig

  • The dual plate-loaded cable system uses the weight plates you already own
  • Side-mounted cable columns make the whole rig more stable, especially during explosive movements
  • They also leave the Bradley open at the back, so you can place your weight bench wherever you need it

Power rack with a rock-solid frame

  • The rack is built from signature R8 75x75x3mm steel tubing with a reinforced crossmember
  • Depending on the configuration, overall depth is 57cm ("Short"), 93cm ("Medium") or 123cm ("Long" and "Combat")
  • Type 4 J-cups and safety spotter arms let you squat, bench press, incline bench, do bent-over rows and shoulder press safely

R8 attachments

  • Add an optional Smith machine to your R8 Bradley: a guided barbell built right into the rack
