Plate-loaded cable system – the heart of the rack

  • The dual plate-loaded cable system uses the weight plates you already own as resistance
  • Mounting the cable columns on the sides makes the whole unit more stable – especially during explosive movements
  • That leaves the back of the Bradley open, so you can position your weight bench wherever you need it

A power rack built on a solid frame

  • The power rack uses the signature R8 75x75x3mm steel tubing with a reinforced crossmember
  • Depending on the configuration, overall depth is 57cm ("Short"), 93cm ("Medium") or 123cm ("Long" and "Combat")
  • Type 4 J-cups and safety spotter arms let you squat, bench press, incline press, do bent-over rows or shoulder press safely

Optional Smith machine

  • Add an optional Smith machine to your R8 Bradley – a guided barbell built right into the power rack
  • The Bradley is built on the modular R8 platform, so you can expand it any way you like
  • Plenty of other attachments are available, including Jammer Arms, a step-up platform, hip thrust pad, leg curl and leg blocker
