Plate-Loaded Cable System – The Centerpiece

  • The dual plate-loaded cable machine uses the weight plates you already own as resistance
  • Side-mounted cable columns make the machine more stable, especially during explosive movements
  • That leaves the Bradley open at the back, so you can position your bench wherever you need it

Power Rack Built on a Solid Frame

  • The power rack uses the signature R8 75x75x3mm steel tubing with a reinforced crossmember
  • Depending on the configuration, overall depth is 57cm ("Short"), 93cm ("Medium") or 123cm ("Long" and "Combat")
  • Type 4 J-cups and safety spotter arms let you squat, bench press, incline bench press, do bent-over rows or shoulder press safely

Smith Machine

  • Upgrade your R8 Bradley with a Smith machine – a guided barbell built right into the power rack
  • The Bradley is built on the modular R8 platform and can be expanded however you like
