• The dual plate-loaded cable system uses the weight plates you already own
• Side-mounted cable stations make the whole unit more stable – especially during explosive exercises
• That leaves the Bradley open at the back, so you can position your weight bench wherever you want

Power rack with a solid foundation

• The power rack is built from R8's signature 75x75x3mm steel tubing with a reinforced crossmember
• Depending on the configuration, overall depth is 57cm ("Short"), 93cm ("Medium") or 123cm ("Long" and "Combat")
• With Type 4 J-cups and safety spotter arms, you can safely do squats, bench press, incline bench press, bent-over rows and shoulder press

Optional Smith machine

• Add an optional Smith machine to your R8 Bradley – a guided barbell right inside your power rack
