KSK Smith Machine Set | RELOADED

KSK Smith Machine Set | RELOADED

• This set includes our KSK Smith Machine with 2 x 90 kg weight stacks and the B2 Fullbody with the matching attachments for arm and leg training
• The B2 ArmMaster attachment lets you vary the resistance profile of your biceps curls and train your biceps effectively
• Because your upper arms stay fixed in place, isolation increases and more targeted muscle growth is possible
• This attachment can be especially helpful for beginners too, because the movement is stabilized and correct form is easier to learn
• B2 LegMaster is an attachment for the B2 Weight Bench that gives you effective, versatile leg training
• Targeting the quads on leg extensions and the hamstrings on leg curls lets you train these muscle groups in isolation

The cable crossover is the heart of this Smith machine

• Ball-bearing pulleys deliver smooth precision on every exercise
• With a 1:1 ratio, the resistance at the pulleys is exactly what you select on the weight stack
• You can use both cables independently for exercises like cable flys, biceps curls, triceps pushdowns, rear delt flys, lateral raises or the Pallof press
• Or you can connect both cable pulleys with the included dual pull bar and do exercises like lat pulldowns, seated rows, cable deadlifts or cable squats

Smith machine with 50 mm barbell included

• With the Smith machine and its integrated Olympic barbell, you can train many muscle groups without needing a separate barbell
• Experienced lifters can train safely on the Smith bar even with heavy loads, just like in a commercial gym, because you can rack the bar at any time on one of the 11 pins or on the height-adjustable safeties
• For beginners, the guided movement path of the Smith machine makes it easier to learn demanding exercises such as the incline bench press, shoulder press, squat or deadlift with less risk of injury
• The Smith machine runs on linear ball bearings for smooth travel, the highest quality standard in fitness equipment
