Dual cable machine

• The cable crossover is the heart of this Smith machine, and the ball-bearing pulleys deliver smooth precision on every exercise
• With a 1:1 ratio, the resistance at the pulleys is exactly what you select on the weight stack
• You can use both cables independently for exercises like cable flys, biceps curls, triceps pushdowns, rear delt flys, lateral raises or the Pallof press
• Or you can connect both cable pulleys with the included dual pull bar and do exercises like lat pulldowns, seated rows, cable deadlifts or cable squats

Smith Machine with 50 mm barbell

• With the Smith machine and its integrated Olympic barbell, you can train many muscle groups without needing a separate barbell
• Experienced lifters can train safely on the Smith bar even with heavy loads, just like in a commercial gym, because you can rack the bar at any time on one of the 11 pins or on the height-adjustable safeties
• For beginners, the guided movement path of the Smith machine makes it easier to learn demanding exercises such as the incline bench press, shoulder press, squat or deadlift with less risk of injury
