What makes our B2 Fullbody special is its modularity. The B2 weight bench is a sturdy, adjustable incline bench that can be expanded with the optional B2 ArmMaster and B2 LegMaster attachments. That gives you a versatile training system for effective upper-body and leg exercises at home.
2. How stable is the B2 weight bench?
The bench is extremely stable. It’s made of 2.5 mm steel and weighs 32 kg, giving it plenty of heft. The extra-wide rear foot adds safety and makes tipping virtually impossible. Rubberized feet protect your floor and stop the bench sliding while you train. With a maximum load of 400 kg, even bigger athletes have plenty of headroom for heavy weights.
3. How adjustable is the weight bench?
The bench is highly adaptable. The seat adjusts to three heights, and the backrest offers six angles, from -10° (decline) to 82.5° (almost upright), so you can perform a wide variety of exercises for different muscle groups.
4. Do I have to remove the ArmMaster when I’m not using it?
No. You don’t have to take the B2 ArmMaster off when you use the bench for exercises other than conventional incline or flat bench work.
5. Which exercises can I do with the B2 ArmMaster?
The ArmMaster attachment lets you change the resistance profile of various curl variations. For example, you get an especially high load in the stretched position of the biceps, which stimulates the muscle very effectively. The standout is the preacher curl, performed in a biomechanically favorable position. It’s considered ideal because your upper arm is fixed, which prevents momentum and compensating movements. The biceps is loaded in isolation, giving you even tension through the full range of motion and especially efficient muscle growth.
6. Which exercises can I do with the B2 LegMaster?
The B2 LegMaster adds plenty of variety to your leg training. You can do seated leg extensions with the backrest upright. For leg curls, lie down with the backrest in a slight decline for better ergonomics. Single-leg standing leg curls are possible too.
7. Is the B2 LegMaster compatible with my weight plates?
Yes. The B2 LegMaster takes 50 mm weight plates. The attachment also has multiple height settings so you can match it perfectly to your height.
