1. What is the maximum load capacity of the KSK All-in-One Trainer?

The all-in-one trainer has a total load capacity of 650 kg – ideal even for the most intense strength training.

2. How does the integrated Smith machine work, and what does “counterbalanced bar” mean?

The Smith machine features a guided barbell with an integrated lock function for safe, controlled movements. “Counterbalanced” means the bar is balanced by a counterweight – this cancels out its own weight, so it feels almost weightless.

3. Which weight stacks are included, and how quickly can I change the weight?

Two 90 kg weight stacks are built in. Thanks to the 1:1 cable ratio, you can switch your training weight in seconds.

4. What accessories are included, and which extras are available as options?

Various accessories such as dip bars, triceps bars and cable attachments come as standard. The Exclusive Set with Jammer Arms, X-Bench and B2 weight bench is available as an option.

5. What are the differences between the KSK sets?

ATLETICA offers several KSK Smith Machine sets, each with different equipment for different training goals. Here’s an overview:

• KSK Set RELOADED:
Includes the KSK Smith Machine with 2×90 kg weight stacks and a B2 weight bench with arm and leg module. Ideal for balanced full-body training.

• KSK Set TARGET:
Adds Jammer Arms and a leg press. The B2 weight bench is included as well. For more intense, functional training.

• KSK Set OUTPERFORM:
Like the TARGET set, but with the premium X-Bench weight bench instead of the B2. For athletes who demand more stability and flexibility

• KSK Set SCORE:
Includes the KSK Smith Machine and the X-Bench with arm and leg module, but without Jammer Arms or leg press. Compact and efficient.

• KSK Set MOVE:
Comes without a weight bench, but with Jammer Arms and a leg press. Ideal if you already own a suitable bench.
