• Weighing 197 kg, the rack stands extremely stable, so you don't need to bolt it to the floor
• If you want to anchor it anyway, simply remove the rubber feet and use the pre-drilled holes

Power Rack Accessories

• The second pair of J-cups is reinforced, rated up to 550 kg, and lets you switch quickly between two exercises without constantly repositioning the barbell
• It also lets two people train at the same time, in front of and inside the rack, without getting in each other's way
• If you'd rather train alone, the safety spotter arms take the place of a training partner by catching the weight when you can't finish a rep on your own
