• With 108 cm of inside depth, the R8-Blade cage has plenty of room for a weight bench

• Standard equipment includes a lat pulldown with low row and foot plates, plus a premium multi-grip pull-up bar with medium knurling and multiple grip options for your back and biceps workouts
• Plus heavy-duty safety spotter arms and a pair of extra-deep, reinforced J-cups.
• Included handles: row/curl handle, 80cm ergonomic bar
  
• The sled of the lat pulldown station takes 50mm weight plates
• At 123 cm wide, the R8-Blade power rack is perfect for all standard barbells with 131 cm between the inner collars

Endless Rack Attachments

• Expand it as needed with useful attachments like a dip station or Jammer Arms, giving you as many options for chest training as for your back
• Thanks to its 75 x 75 x 3 mm steel tubing and a weight of 230 kg, the R8-Blade power rack stands extremely stable, even without bolting it to the floor.
• That means it easily handles explosive calisthenics moves like muscle-ups
• The lat pulldown doubles as a counterweight and can be loaded with extra weight if needed
