Lat Pulldown Basics

• With 66 kg of added weight and a larger footprint, the lat pulldown makes your squat rack more stable overall, especially when the sled is loaded with weight plates
• When you're not using it, simply rest the lat bar in the holder at the top
• That way you can keep doing free weight exercises inside the power rack without the handle hanging down in your way
• There's no pulley reduction, so the cable ratio is 1:1

Back Exercises and More

• Go heavy on high and low rows to build your back, or use the attachment for single-arm flys and lying cable pullovers for your chest, and even goblet squats for your legs
• Isolation exercises for your arms, shoulders and abs are just as easy
