Base Rack Features for Stable, Safe Training

• 70 mm square tubing with 2 mm wall thickness gives the rack plenty of mass for stable, wobble-free training
• The R7 squat rack has enough room to fit a weight bench inside the rack
• No space goes to waste, so you get the most out of your training area
• The R7 Rider comes in two heights, 203 cm for lower ceilings or 223 cm standard height, and is optionally available with a 125 kg weight stack
• Rubber-coated feet protect your floor from damage

Half Rack Accessories

• The R7 comes standard with heavy-duty safety spotter arms (up to 350 kg per pair, 47 cm from the upright, space-saving) and Performance J-cups (up to 1100 kg per pair)
• The J-cups have a hard plastic liner on both the top and bottom, so your barbell stays protected even if it accidentally hits the J-cups from below
• The 17 cm deep cradle of the J-cups gives you a secure resting spot that is hard to miss when you rack the barbell
• The safety spotter arms reliably catch the weight if you can no longer move it on your own
• They also work great for bottom-up squats and rack pulls
  
• The bar guide runs on linear bearings for smooth bar movement
