- Extremely versatile, space-saving cable machine built to the same dimensions and quality as our R7 Power Racks
- Its unique design lets you set it up efficiently against a straight wall or in a room corner
- Row bench with stable footrests, so you can do rows at a comfortable seated height instead of sitting on the floor
- The lat pulldown and low row have a 1:1 cable ratio, so 100% of the selected weight reaches the handle
- The generous 125 kg weight stack gives you the right resistance for almost any strength level
- For cable crossover exercises, the bench comes off in two quick moves, giving you full clearance in front of the station for cable flys, reverse flys or face pulls
- Set the pulleys to the ideal starting position on one of 18 (Low: 16) laser-engraved height settings
- The dual cable machine has a 2:1 ratio
- Combined with the weight stack, this allows very fine load increases (5 kg steps)
- Do pull-ups or calisthenics exercises on the multi-grip pull-up bar with 4 different grip options
- 6 storage hooks on the uprights hold cable handles, resistance bands or lifting belts, and you can also store R7 attachments like Jammer Arms or J-cups here
- Accessories include a wide lat pulldown bar, a row handle and two single handles
