Compact, Versatile Multi-Tool
- Our Weight Stack Pin does three jobs in one
- First, slide it into a weight stack and load it with weight plates when the stack's standard capacity isn't enough and you want even more resistance
- Weight jumps, which are 5 kg on most weight stacks, can be cut in half
- You can also attach resistance bands to it if your machine doesn't have band pegs
- That gives you even more ways to vary the load
- Usable length is 15 cm
- That's easily enough room for two 20 kg iron plates plus a barbell collar to lock them in place
- The 50 mm diameter fits all standard weight plates and collars with a 50 mm center hole
- A 10 mm thick flange keeps the weight plates from slipping between the stack plates during explosive reps
- The insertion pin has a diameter of 10 mm.
- The pin is very compact and comes off in seconds for storage when you're not using it
- The premium chrome finish looks sharp and protects against damage and rust for the long haul
