- Fully adjustable stands that can be connected using the included 140 cm crossmember.
- Practical knob screws lock the squat rack in place for added stability.
- Set the distance between the two stands in six steps.
- Enough space to add a weight bench.
- Rack standard barbells as well as shorter specialty bars like EZ curl bars.
- Features 11 height adjustment options.
- Simply insert the pins through the hole you want and secure each one with a clip so the pins can't slide out unintentionally.

- Integrated handles let you add upper-body work like dips.
- The handles are ergonomically shaped and covered with a non-slip plastic.
- Safety catches give you added support when training without a spotter.
- Rack the weight on the catches when you reach failure.
- The safety catches adjust to five heights using knob screws to match your height and the exercise.
