- Usually called a triceps rope, it gives you far more exercise options than the name suggests
- Beyond the obvious triceps pushdown, you can use it for ab crunches, biceps curls, face pulls for your rear delts or goblet squats for your legs
- The flexible nylon rope gives you just as much flexibility in your training
- The heavy-duty nylon feels comfortable in your hand
- Hardened plastic stoppers at both ends keep the rope from slipping out of your grip
- You can also grip higher up on purpose, away from the stoppers, to build grip strength
- The metal ring in the middle is where you clip on a carabiner
- It slides freely and can be moved all the way to one end of the rope
- That doubles the usable rope length, so you can hold the opposite end for rotational core exercises
