J3 Speed Rope | Jump Rope

Speed Rope for Fast Skipping and Double-Unders

• Screw-lock fittings let you shorten the rope to fit your height
• The steel cable core makes the rope fast, smooth and durable

• We're so confident in the quality of our jump ropes that we'll send you a free replacement rope (handles not included) if it breaks within the first 24 months

Secure, Comfortable Grip

• The knurled handles keep the rope steady in your hand, even during sweaty workouts
• Intense sessions are no problem, and double-unders are easier to learn because the rope spins freely and turns over fast

• The laser-engraved ATLETICA logo on the handles completes the look

Small in Size, Big on Results

• We recommend our jump ropes for a solid warm-up before you train
• The rotating motion warms up your wrists, making it ideal prep for strength work like the bench press or any other exercise that loads your hands
• The light shoulder movement is also a great warm-up before dumbbell or shoulder training
• Jumping also activates your leg muscles and gets synovial fluid flowing in your joints, including your knees.
• This helps protect your cartilage during squats and other leg exercises and helps prevent osteoarthritis
