R8-Slate Power Cage Standard Equipment

• Along with the Jammer Arms, standard equipment includes heavy-duty nylon safety straps, a double bar holder and four weight pins
• A pair of J-cups and a pull-up bar with medium knurling come standard with our models
• The safety straps act as your spotter
• If you can't rerack the bar on the J-cups after a heavy set, just lower it onto the nylon straps
• With the Jammer Arms, you can closely recreate a chest press and other expensive commercial gym machines and bring their benefits into your home gym
• The bar holder stores two barbells vertically and, like the four included weight pins for your weight plates, keeps everything you need for full-body training organized and within easy reach

Full-Body Training on the Power Rack

• The Jammer Arms let you perform guided exercises, since they move in only one direction along a fixed arc
• Besides minimizing your risk of injury, the safety straps serve a second purpose: you can use them for rack pulls and other exercises that require setting the weight down after every rep
• Deadlifts are one example. Rack pulls are an effective, floor-friendly alternative and feel much more comfortable on the flexible safety straps than on rigid steel safeties
