R8 Apache – the foundation

• 6-post power rack built from the signature R8 75 × 75 × 3 mm steel tubing and weighing 209 kg on its own – extremely stable even without bolting it to the floor
• 142.5 cm total depth from upright to upright and 108 cm inside: plenty of room for your weight bench and full freedom of movement for every exercise inside the cage
• Two people can train on the rack at the same time

Raptor – the bench

• Color-matched to the rack: toothed adjustment plates in the matching rack color – rack and bench look like one set
• Heavy-duty main frame made from 70 × 50 × 2 mm steel, further reinforced by a 4 mm steel plate under the pad
• Stays rock-solid even when you drive hard with your legs on the bench press
• Precise ladder adjustment: 9 back positions including a −15° decline and 3 seat positions
• Adjustment is smooth and quiet
• Upright storage with a pin-lock system that keeps the bench from accidentally coming loose while it stands

R8 Jammer Arms with ARC Technology – the machine inside the rack

• ARC Technology: adjustable resistance curve right on the unit – dial in the strength curve precisely for each exercise
• Free or guided movement, converging or parallel, locked in place with a thumb screw
• 9-hole system for the starting position, fine-tuned with a 20 mm Mag Pin
• Adjustable lever arm with a 180° rotation range and 5 usable positions
• Up to 6 grip options, Ø 32 mm knurled handles, Ø 50 mm sleeves for Olympic plates
