Landmine Attachment for the R7 Series
- Mounts to the lower section of your R7 rack.
- The barbell sleeve measures 52 mm in diameter and 24 cm in length.
- One end of the barbell is locked into the pivot, while the free end allows partially guided movements such as T-bar rows, shoulder presses, rotational core exercises and single-arm clean and jerks. Because the bar is anchored, it can’t slip away during explosive lifts.
- Add a second landmine for bilateral training, or pair it with compatible handles in different grip widths and angles to expand your exercise selection and vary your workouts.
- Not compatible with the R7-Half-Rack
