The R8 Wall Rack Is Just 27.5 cm Deep

• There's enough clearance from the wall to load even bumper plates onto the bar and to bench press on a weight bench
• At 123 cm wide, it matches our R8 power racks, so it works with all standard barbells with 131 cm between the sleeves
• That means you can do every free weight exercise, like squats, just as you would in a four-post power rack
• Bolted to a suitable wall, it's every bit as stable as a 4- or 6-post setup

For Outdoor Use, Apartments and Garages

• The zinc-coated steel is suitable for outdoor use
• You can also use the R8 Wall Rack in an apartment, as long as the walls are solid enough
• Unlike our R8 series power racks, the feet don't have rubber protectors
• If you don't mount the wall rack off the floor, we recommend adding our gym flooring to protect delicate flooring
• In a garage, you often need to clear space quickly to park your car
• Our B1 and Predator weight benches are perfect for this: they stand upright on their own, so you can flip them vertical and move them out of the way in no time

Features and Expandability

• Along with J-cups rated up to 450 kg, a pull-up bar is included
• Its medium knurling gives you excellent grip during back training
• You can mount it at different heights and even facing downward, reducing the total height from 241 to 228 cm
• Add more attachments whenever you need them
• The wall rack is compatible with all attachments in our R8 series
• Add safety spotter arms or a core rotation trainer, for example, to expand functionality and exercise variety even further
