- Built from 304 stainless steel for reliable outdoor use in rain, snow and sun.
- Engineered to withstand impact and heavy training loads over the long term.
- 7x7 cm uprights with 2 mm steel thickness provide a stable, wobble-free setup.
- High-quality welds plus a dedicated design and anchoring keep it storm-proof.
- At 220 cm high, it offers ample clearance and near-unrestricted movement, even for taller athletes.
Included Attachments for More Exercise Variety
- Heavy-duty safety spotter arms rated up to 350 kg and Performance J-cups come standard.
- Each Performance J-cup supports up to 550 kg and feature a 17 cm deep cradle for secure re-racking. Plus, quick height adjustment allows fast transitions between squats, bench press, and shoulder press.
- Spotter arms reliably catch the bar if you fail a rep and also support variations like bottom-up squats and rack pulls.
- The integrated pull-up bar adds stability and expands training options with pull-ups, muscle-ups, toes-to-bar and other bodyweight movements.
NOTE: Uses R7 specifications (70x70 mm uprights, 20/21 mm hole size) and is not compatible with R8 Outdoor Series attachments.
