Product Features
Multihook Bar | Long | Short
- Versatile grip and training options:
- Space-saving and budget-friendly
- Add just two single handles and you can set up countless grip widths
- Each side of the Multihook Bar has 8 or 12 holes (depending on the version) for attaching carabiners
- With swivel carabiners, you can even switch between grip angles: supinated, pronated or neutral
Different versions and ways to use it:
- We offer this multifunctional tool in two versions
- Both are made of 1 cm thick stainless steel and built with the same high-precision laser-cutting process
- Large version: length 76 cm and height 13 cm
- Smaller version: length 53 cm and height 12 cm
- Both can be used as described above or flipped the other way around
- On dual cable machines whose cable carriages are no farther apart than the Multihook Bar is long, you can clip both carabiners into the holes of the Multihook Bar
- The center hole on the opposite side then hangs down. Attach any handle you like there, such as a triceps rope, a triceps bar or a wide lat pulldown bar
