The MagnaRun is a non-motorized curved treadmill where you are the motor. It needs no power outlet – you drive the running surface with your leg power alone. Training on it is far more intense than on a conventional treadmill, since more muscles are working and you burn more calories.

2. How does it run without a motor?

The curved running surface of shock-absorbing aluminum slats is set in motion by your stride rate and where you stand on it. The further forward you run, the faster the belt goes. Move further back and the pace drops. This position-based speed control mimics the natural feel of running outdoors and lets you adjust your pace seamlessly.

3. Who is the MagnaRun suitable for?

Thanks to its intuitive speed control, the MagnaRun is ideal for runners of all levels. It’s especially well suited to high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to improve muscular strength, endurance, speed, and both aerobic and anaerobic capacity.

4. Is there a speed limit?

No, there’s no top speed. You can sprint as fast as your legs will carry you, which makes the MagnaRun the perfect tool for unlimited, individual running training.

5. Can I increase the resistance?

Yes. In addition to the natural resistance of the curved running surface, you can switch on magnetic resistance. That makes your training even more demanding and lets you target strength and endurance.
