Lat Bar

High-Quality Solid Steel and Durable Chrome Coating

• Premium-grade solid steel
• Highly durable, it won't bend even under heavy loads
• The eyelet where the carabiner attaches is ultra-stable and every bit as load-bearing as the rest of the bar
• The continuous chrome coating not only looks great, it also ensures the steel inside is protected from damage and rust

Thoughtful Design for More Effective Training

• With an overall length of 120 cm, our lat pulldown bar gives you a wide range of grip widths
• The wider the grip, the more the lats are engaged
• The angled ends allow a greater range of motion than fully straight bars
• This noticeably increases the training stimulus in your back muscles, but you can just as effectively use this bar for other muscle groups

Many Grip and Usage Options

• Beyond lat pulldowns, you can also use this bar for rows, biceps curls and triceps pushdowns
• You can train with either an overhand or underhand grip
• Switching exercises keeps your training fresh and targets different muscle fibers
• The bar fits all cable machines and lat pulldown stations, plus any machine with a carabiner attachment point

Joint-Friendly and Effective Training

• The integrated swivel is extremely easy on your joints
• The grip zones have medium knurling and provide a secure hold, even during sweaty training sessions
• A mark in the center of the knurling makes correct, symmetrical placement of both hands much easier
• The bar has a consistent 25 mm diameter, making it suitable for small and large hands alike
