Hip Thrust Bench Included

• This attachment mounts to the front uprights of our three PRO home gym machines, Quantum, Fallout and Hellraiser, with a pin and locking lever
• Hip thrusts are a highly effective exercise for your hamstrings, and they also work your glutes, quads and lower back
• Rest your shoulders on the raised pad with the loaded barbell across your hips, then drive your hips up vertically to lift the weight
• The attachment also works great for Nordic hamstring curls
• For this hamstring exercise, you lock your heels under the foam rollers and raise your upper body from a push-up position using only the strength of your hamstrings
• Hip thrusts and Nordic hamstring curls help balance your abs and glutes as well as your quads and hamstrings
• The pad measures 61x38cm and is comfortably padded at 8cm thick
