You get the core advantages of the B2 weight bench, such as its rugged build and decline adjustment, and can also step up your biceps training. The attachment mounts quickly and turns the bench into an effective machine for your entire upper body. You can also extend the bench with the LegMaster attachment to take your leg training to the next level.
2. Can the bench be adjusted to my height?
Yes, the bench is highly adjustable. The entire arm curl attachment has multiple height settings. The attachment's pad can also be set to 5 incline levels. That lets you fine-tune it to your height and arm length for correct, ergonomic form.
3. What exercises can I do with the B2-ArmMaster?
With the ArmMaster attachment you can change the resistance profile of various curl variations. That lets you load the biceps especially hard in the stretched position, for example, which stimulates the muscle effectively.
The standout is the preacher curl, performed in a biomechanically favorable position. It's considered ideal because your upper arm is fixed, which eliminates momentum and cheating. The biceps is loaded in isolation, giving you even tension across the full range of motion and especially efficient muscle growth.
To go with the ArmMaster bench, we recommend an EZ curl bar or one of our barbells in a set with weight plates.

4. How stable is the B2 weight bench?
The bench is extremely stable. It's made of 2.5 mm steel and weighs 30 kg, which gives it plenty of heft. The extra-wide rear foot adds safety and makes tipping virtually impossible. The rubberized feet protect your floor and stop the bench from sliding during training. The maximum load capacity is 400 kg, so even as a big athlete you have plenty of headroom for heavy weights.
