Pure rubber - no foam

• 100x100cm
• Outstanding material properties

• Expert-tested by Germany's largest testing institute
• Low odor - the rubber granulate is made up of 20% new industrial rubber and 80% recycled rubber
• The granulate is pressed to a high density and, at 8mm thick, delivers above-average impact absorption and sound dampening
• Compatible with radiant floor heating
• The mat measures 100 × 100 cm without edge pieces and 104.5 × 104.5 cm with edge pieces.

Suitable for weight drops of up to 30 kg/cm2 from a height of 50 cm

• Ideal for small home gyms or commercial spaces such as hotels, sports clubs, physical therapy clinics and personal training studios
• Easy to trim with a utility knife

Secure hold - interlocking puzzle edges

• The corners lock flush for a seamless, continuous floor
• Unlike foam or synthetic materials, the puzzle-lock corners do not deform or curl over time from impact or load
• Every mat ships with two edge pieces (A and B), so you can also cover angled or narrow areas
• Can be laid loose on any solid subfloor

Step-by-step guide to cutting and installing the mats:

1. Safety first: put on suitable work gloves to avoid cuts.
2. Choosing the right tool: a sharp carpet or utility knife and a straight edge.
3. Work on a flat, level surface and lay down cardboard or similar to protect the floor underneath.
4. Measure precisely and mark the area to be cut with chalk, or score it lightly with the knife.
5. Position the straight edge and pull the knife firmly through the mat without lifting it. Make the cut in one movement and keep the pressure even. Repeat until the mat is cut all the way through. Spread the mat apart bit by bit as you cut to reduce friction. If needed, moisten the blade slightly with soapy water so it glides better. Bear in mind, though, that this also increases the risk of slipping.
6. Any gaps between the mats can simply be taped over with black tape to keep dust and dirt out.
