Product Features
Versatile Grip Options and Maximum Stability
- Multiple grip options — Train with a supinated, pronated, neutral, narrow or wide grip.
- Work your back in different ways, or bring your biceps in more with a close grip.
- Dual grip diameters — Choose between 3.2 cm and 5 cm grips to either build forearm strength or take the load off your forearms.
- Reinforces rack stability — Connects two crossbars, adding extra rigidity to your R8 power rack.
- Great for tall lifters — The curved design adds 19 cm of height, so taller athletes don't have to bend their knees to keep their feet off the floor.
- Low ceiling? Mount it upside down for more headroom.
- Built for dynamic movements — Mounted in the center of the rack, it lets you do muscle-ups, kipping pull-ups and other calisthenics exercises safely.
- Even without front-foot stabilizers, there's no risk of tipping.
- Expand your training — An ideal anchor point for gymnastic rings or a suspension trainer.
