Expandable with Attachments

  • The J-cups are lined with hard plastic on both the top and bottom, so your barbell stays protected even if it accidentally hits them from below
  • The 17 cm deep cradle gives you a secure spot that’s hard to miss when you re-rack
  • The safety spotter arms reliably catch the weight if you can’t finish a rep
  • They also work for bottom-up squats and rack pulls
  • The R7 is also compatible with many attachments from our R7 series
  • These include dip bars, Jammer Arms and a core rotation trainer
