Product Features
Versatile Grip and Training Options
- Space-saving and budget-friendly.
- Add two single handles to unlock a wide range of grip widths, no need for multiple fixed bars.
- Each side of the Multihook Bar has 8 or 12 holes (depending on the version) for attaching carabiners.
- With swivel carabiners, you can switch between supinated, pronated and neutral grips to expand your training options even further.
Different Versions and Ways to Use It
- We offer this multifunctional tool in two versions.
- Both Multihook Bars are made of 1 cm thick stainless steel and precision laser-cut.
- Large version: length 76 cm and height 13 cm
- Smaller version: length 53 cm and height 12 cm
- Both can be used as described above or flipped the other way around.
- On dual cable machines whose cable carriages are no farther apart than the Multihook Bar is long, clip one carabiner into each end of the bar. The center hole on the opposite side then hangs down, perfect for attaching a triceps rope, triceps bar or wide lat pulldown bar.
- This turns the 2:1 ratio of your dual cable machine into a 1:1 ratio, so you can train with heavier weights.
